Dock Health is excited to announce new features that make it even easier for teams to collaborate, get organized, and stay HIPAA-compliant when working together with sensitive patient data. Keep reading to learn more!

New features for security, collaboration, and organization

Our newest features include single sign-on (SSO) with Google Workspace and Gmail, file syncing with Google Drive, the ability to resize or reorder task list headers, and more.

Sign in with Google (SSO)

We're excited to give users the option to sign in to Dock Health with their Google account (including Gmail and Google Workspace) through single sign-on. SSO is a secure way to access your HIPAA-compliant lists and workflows without needing separate and additional Dock Health credentials. Get started by clicking the "Sign in with Google" button on the Dock Health login screen.

Sync files and folders with Google Drive

Keep your team's files in one place with our new file sync feature. This allows you to link Dock Health and Google Drive so that any changes made in either platform are automatically synced across platforms, with the ability to organize files in separate folders inside your Dock Health account. Link patient records automatically and securely connect patient files to the appropriate tasks, workflows, and views inside Dock.

Drag-n-drop patient files

Drag-n-drop functionality within a patient's administrative profile mirrors your Google Drive, making it easier to manage and navigate different files.

Adjustable column headers

We've also added the ability to resize or reorder task list headers for greater control and organization when sorting through task lists. Change the order of your columns to prioritize patient names, statuses, assignees, or any other field associated with a task.

Jumbo graphs

Now you can expand graphs within your analytics dashboard for easier reading, exporting, and printing.

Patient fields

To match industry fields, we've changed "gender at birth" to "sex at birth" and "gender identity" to "gender" within patient profiles.

Elapsed Time (BETA)

To better capture your hard work, we're working to bring time-tracking to Dock! Select Elapsed Time from customized columns and watch the time you spend on that task form a real-time picture of productivity.

SmartFlow pill design updates and new workflow linking

We've adjusted the font size of SmartFlow pill labels for responsible decision support alongside the time logic. We've also added a workflow linking tool on the left builder rail.

Wrap-Up

We hope that these new features and improvements make Dock Health even easier to use and help teams work smarter and more efficiently. We are excited to see how our users take advantage of the new updates—try them out now at dock.health, or schedule a 30-minute demo with our team!
