AI Summaries Are Moving to Dock Pro Subscription on June 1

In January 2025, we launched AI-powered Summaries in beta — bringing time-saving, auto-generated summaries to tasks, workflows and patient profiles. Since then, we've seen incredible adoption and feedback from teams using them to cut down on clicks, reduce documentation burden, and stay aligned across care coordination efforts.

As we move out of beta, we’re officially making AI Summaries part of our Dock PRO subscription tier, effective June 1, 2025.

Why the Change?

As we expand the Dock Intelligence suite of products and features, we remain focused on delivering high-impact, AI-powered tools that help healthcare teams work more efficiently, stay aligned, and focus on what matters most — patient care. AI Summaries are a key part of that vision, and we’re excited to continue evolving them to support the real-world challenges you face every day.

What’s Changing?

• Dock PRO users: Nothing changes! PRO users will continue to enjoy full access to AI Summaries at no additional cost.
• Dock Basic and Premium users: AI Summaries will be removed from your subscription on June 1. Basic and Premium subscribers will need to upgrade to PRO to continue using this feature.
